Organisational culture is ‘what it feels like to work around here’. It’s what really goes on, how people make decisions and what really matters. It’s rarely aligned with the values written on the wall and then forgotten about. We can help you get a clear picture on the culture you have, the culture you want and to close the gap between the two.

Culture is tough to measure - but it is possible. It’s probably easier than you think. Driven by your team size, budget and aspirations, we can offer a range of approaches. Typically, these involve asking all (or a representative sample) of your people some questions about their experience of work.
Treated in strictest confidence, the resulting data can be revealing. It highlights the positive and the negative plus it can indicate the ‘target culture’ that the team would like to create. We can help you with that too.
Culture is too important to ignore. Measuring it and presenting that data in an easy-to-understand form is a great first step. Any gaps between the way it is and the way people want it to be can be revealed. We can then help you make the changes required to create a happy and productive workplace.
